Re: 38/48, 50/64, 97/103 and 105/127 Waterside Close.
Issues arising for flat owners to give their opinion. .
Item One
There is a bin store opposite 105/127 where the access is
really difficult. Unfortunately the store has become a place
for gangs to meet and some residents feel intimidated. We
understand that most people in block 105/127 now use the bin
store next to block 97/103, so the 105/127 bin store might
as well be closed up; but if you strongly disagree please
let us know.
Item Two
There has been problems reported of gangs, criminals, prostitutes
and vandals hanging around parts of the estate. At the last
flatowners meeting it was decided to have security patrols,
particularly checking the dark areas and in places where undesirables
hang out. This will be arranged soon but it would save you
all money if the owners of flats in neighbouring blocks could
join in. We have tried to get the managing agents of neighbour's
blocks to contribute, but they don't reply. If you know someone
who lives in one of the other blocks, perhaps you could ask
them to put some pressure on their managing agents.
Item Three
There is a problem reported from unwanted mail in the entrance
halls which makes the place look untidy for you and most importantly
could be a fire or trip hazard. Can we please ask everyone
to dump any unwanted mail in the bin store.

Item Four
We have been asked by one resident to
remove the tree outside 54/60 Waterside. We would like
everyone's opinion before we ask the Council for their
permission.
