Your new property is one of 24 flats that form a private development constructed in the year 2000 by Weston Homes plc. The estate comprises two blocks known as 1 to 12 Claymore Court and 1 to 12 Winchester Court. There is allocated parking space/s for one/two car/s per flat as set out in your Lease. There are no additional spaces for occasional visitors. The flats provide either one or two bedroomed accommodation in five different styles
The Estate is administered by Billet Road Management Company Limited through SWA Chartered Surveyors; the appointed Managing Agents. Our aim is to provide the best quality service available whilst maintaining tight fiscal control to achieve the lowest possible charges.

All tenants pay an equal share of the general service charges.

The first named person on your contract becomes a member of the Estate Management Company. Each year an Annual General Meeting is held to which all members are invited to come along and discuss Estate matters.

We are always happy to hear from residents at any time with suggestions or news about the estate. For example, you may from time to time become aware of something that is affecting your estate and will lead to unnecessary additional cost
